About Swan Card

Swan Card is an advance type of loyalty card provided by Simoni Plastic Surgery.  it is your gateway to significant savings.  It is based on a point system that can be redeemed for credit towards services, and products offered by Simoni Plastic Surgery.  Furthermore, the Swan network partners offer a 10% discount for Swan members.

How do I acquire points?

1. You will receive one point for every dollar spent on services and products offered by Simoni Plastic Surgery.
2. Refer a friend and receive a point for every dollar they spend on their first transaction.

How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed for credit towards services and products offered by Simoni Plastic Surgery.  Every 20 points is valued at $1 credit.  Example:  If you undergo a $10,000 procedure you would accumulate 10,000 points.  You would be credited $500 (10,000/20) on your future procedures.
